Your profile is reviewed before filling each prescription. With every new medication our pharmacist will contact you personally by phone and will also send a complete drug information brochure with your medication.

Our pharmacists, like all pharmacists, are required by law to adhere to professional practice requirements, including applicable federal and provincial legislation, when providing service to patients no matter where the patient is located. The pharmacist is responsible for maintaining a complete medication profile on each patient, monitoring for adverse events and interactions, counseling on safe, appropriate use of medication, collaborating with the patient's physician as required, and documenting all patient care activities.

How to Use Sobeys Pharmacy by Mail

There are just 3 easy steps to begin using Sobeys Pharmacy by Mail.

1. Register with Sobeys Pharmacy by Mail:
   
   

   By Phone:	Call Toll Free 1-866-657-MEDS (6337) to speak with a member of our Pharmacy Team to set up your account.
   Online:	Complete your registration online now. Complete Registration
   By Mail:	Complete the registration form and mail to the address on the form. (requires Adobe® Acrobat Reader software) Download Form

   
   
   Registration only takes a few minutes and once your account is set up you are ready to place your order.
2. Get your prescriptions to Sobeys Pharmacy by Mail by doing one of the following:
   
   Ask Sobeys Pharmacy by Mail to TRANSFER your remaining refills on existing prescriptions from your current pharmacy.
   
   Have your DOCTOR PHONE OR FAX your prescription order to us using our dedicated toll free prescribers phone line (1-888-657-MDRX (6379), or toll free prescribers fax line (1-888-343-6060). Please note: The prescription must be faxed directly from your doctor to our pharmacy. It is not legal for us to accept prescriptions faxed to our pharmacy by patients.
   
   MAIL your original prescription to us using our postage paid envelopes (provided to you with every order).
   
   Our pharmacists verify the authenticity of each order before filling.
3. Delivery
   
   With our regular XpresspostT delivery, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days to most locations in Canada at the address you have indicated to us (home, office, or other in Canada). Shipping is free with all orders that include prescriptions, as well as non-prescription orders over $25.00.
   
   If you choose Priority CourierT (for noon next day delivery), then standard shipping rates apply.
